Common questions

01Can we start without a complete requirements document?

Yes. Begin with the use case and the outcome you need. Data volume, annotation rules and timing can be clarified through later sample discussions.

02How should I describe an annotation or collection request?

For annotation, describe data types, target classes and expected formats. For collection, describe scenarios, equipment, coverage conditions and volume. If you have acceptance criteria, outline the key requirements too.

03Do I need a complete dataset before making an inquiry?

No. Start with data types, a field structure or de-identified samples, together with the intended use and quality goals. Permissions, confidentiality and secure exchange of the full dataset can be agreed once the scope is clear.
